Introducing Cookie Girl Corporate Team-Building Events. In the morning, the groups learn Cookie Girl’s secrets on how to decorate cup cakes. They then are offered the opportunity to invent new icing combinations. Be prepared for some weird and whacky new toppings from each team, as they brainstorm and then vote for their favourite new inventions. Power struggles galore as they debate the merits of peanut butter icing over pina colada flavour.

In the afternoon, teams develop their new inventions into product and plan a campaign to take it national. Clear briefs will be given as they operate under strict time limits to develop their new icing product from concept to market execution. They will need to be at their very best.

Sir Ian Icing will himself be coming in to announce the plans, as the afternoon turns into a tense boardroom competition to win the special and coveted team prize. The icing might not be all sweet as Sir Ian, aided by his trusted advisers Harry and Rebecca, whittle down the candidate teams in an excruciatingly tense series of meetings. What will Harry and Rebecca, closely observing your team, say about you to Sir Ian? Will you turn on your team mates in the heat of the boardroom? Will you be hearing the words’ with regret, you are iced’?

Will you have a day of exceptional fun? Yes. Maybe also a few insights into forming high-performance teams quickly and perhaps a greater understanding of what your colleagues ‘bring to the table’. Above all be ready to have spent a day having fun and laughing.

All events take place at premium city venues, with hot buffet lunch included. Dinner package at top hotels, and accommodation, also available as package.
