In this class you will learn how to flat ice a cupcake with a spatula. You will then pipe small ‘roses’ and ‘rosettes’ on top of your prepared cupcake. After that you will create a professional finish by decorating your roses with hand piped leaves before finally sprinkling your cupcake edible glitter and any other decorations you wish to use. You will leave the class with 8 delectable cupcakes.
