Private Baking Lessons with Cookie Girl.
If you are keen to improve your baking skills then why not book in for a private lesson with Xanthe Milton aka Cookie Girl herself? These sessions take place at her private kitchens in Queens Park and as the class is bespoke it is an opportunity for you to learn exactly what you need to, knowing that you will benefit from her undivided attention.
In this full day or half day class you will be able to cover two to five recipes which may include cupcakes, cookies, brownies and large cakes.
As this is a bespoke lesson, you are ensured plenty of opportunity to have Xanthe’s expert skills in teaching you various icing and baking techniques. And who better than Cookie Girl herself to show you the fail proof tips to ensure that your cookies are always chewy and delicious?
Since the launch of her best selling recipe book ‘Eat Me!’ in March 2010 Xanthe has been inundated with requests to share her knowledge, as she only teaches a limited number of private lessons a month it is worth booking early. Gift certificates are available for these classes.

Just wanted to thank you for Saturday. Nick and I had the most wonderful afternoon with you and it was incredibly fun letting out inner child out.
The cookies and cupcakes were delicious. When I got round to Nick’s on Sunday morning he was sprawled out on the sofa and clutching his tummy from eating too many cookies.
